PigeonTees ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
2. Data We Collect
We collect information you provide and data necessary to run the service:
- Account data: email, name (if provided), and authentication identifiers.
- Alert preferences: courses you watch, days, time windows, group size, and max price.
- Notification channels: email address, push subscription (if enabled), and optionally phone for SMS.
- Payment data: processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers. We store subscription status and Stripe customer IDs.
- Usage data: logs of sign-in, API usage, and delivery of alerts for reliability and support.
3. How We Use Data
We use your data to provide the Service (monitoring tee sheets, sending alerts, managing your account and subscription), to improve the Service, to communicate with you (e.g., account and billing), and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Third Parties
We use Supabase (auth and database), Stripe (payments), SendGrid (email), Twilio (SMS), and Inngest (job processing). Each has its own privacy policy. Payment details are handled by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
5. Data Retention
We retain account and preference data while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure for legal and support purposes. Log and usage data may be retained for a limited period for security and debugging.
6. Your Rights
You may access, correct, or delete your account data through your account settings or by contacting us. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights (e.g., data portability, restriction of processing, objection). Contact us to exercise them.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data (e.g., HTTPS, secure auth, limited access). No system is completely secure; we will notify you of significant breaches where required by law.
8. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
